My tutor, Kha, Provided me with the remains of an old 3-D printer that one of his previous students had destroyed. It was in a very sorry state, and completely on usable as the frame was wobbly with several parts missing. However, I have been able to salvage several pieces from this printer which I can use for my own project.

MSc Project begins
For my Masters project, I have been tasked to build a 3-D printer capable of extruding food of different types. Of course the problem with this is not many types of food can be liquidised for extrusion and then solidified quickly enough to make something appealing to eat.
