Trying the Controller

Now the frame of the printer is approaching completion, it’s time to investigate the controller scavenged from the bag of bits from my tutor. I have this powered up today and some bright green LEDs shone out to confirm that something is happening. 

In the bits was a controller screen too I had to buy some cables to connect the board to the screen but things appear to be working as this too lit up displaying a control menu. 

Next I need to try connecting a motor for testing.
