Another night disturbed by the CPAP machine making raspberry noises on my face. I've really been trying with the silly thing, and have managed a couple on nights when I managed to wear it throuhgout the night. But I'm still not getting the sleep I used to, and at the moment it's still having the opposite effect of what it's supposed to do.
